Halloween had always been George's favorite day of the year. It wasn't the candy or the costumes that she loved it was the chance she had to peek into someone's home while they handed out candy. Perhaps some would think it odd and kind of perverse in a way, but she loved it. Of course the village was lacking in homes and while plenty of people lived at the hotel it just wasn't the same in her mind.
This year she also didn't have to worry about the whole 'seeing you as you were' thing since everyone saw her as George. In fact she had all but forgotten about Millie.
Before the hotel party could get going she stepped out of the hotel and headed to the bar. Nothing said spooky like a drunk reaper.

Wesley had never really celebrated Halloween until he arrived in LA. Cordy had insisted on decorating the hotel and always tried to talk the group into going with her to some party or another. In Wes' opinion they saw enough of things that went bump in the night for him to want to surround himself with fake ghosts and goblins.
Thinking about Cordy kind of made that pain in his chest return, the one that came whenever the recalled all the friends he had lost even before he arrived in the village.
He decided it wouldn't do to spend the night locked in his shop like usual, but he couldn't bring himself to go to any of the parties that were going on either. No, tonight he would pack his trusty gauntlet that held his sword and place a handy stake in his coat pocket. For old times sake, although he had never really participated, he would patrol the cemetery.
