On the loose [ota]

Harvey had been in his room for days.  The violence he saw everywhere when he looked at the common place fixtures in his suite were as intense as ever: himself, half his face gone, holding a gun to Barbara Gordon's younger brother, bullets ripping through skulls, Rachel agreeing to marry him and then burning. Even with the pills he'd been given at the clinic, he couldn't sleep, every time he closed his eyes the anchors of his furniture, of the room, of the sounds of the hotel dissapeared and he was completely immersed in a nightmare future where he was the monster, as bad as anything he'd wanted to scourge from his beloved city. As bad as the Joker.

He'd just messaged Morelli, saying he couldn't be at the station anymore. After over a week, Harvey had managed to force himself to work through the small pile of files he'd taken home with him, but only just.

Scout was suffering, he rarely managed to feed her, let alone walk her and the sound of her whining was too much.

"Okay ..." Harvey said to her, standing to get her leash with shaking hands, "okay. I'm sorry, girl. Sorry-" Rachel ...  It took him five tries but he managed to clip the leash onto her collar and fumbled for a jacket.

Between his door and the elevator, Harvey watched five people die - but he'd watched them die countless times before, and only that fact reassured him that they weren't real.  The desk of the lobby was in flames, he could smell it, feel the heat, hear the screaming (was it him? was it someone else? had he started it?), but he focused on his eager dog and let her pull him outside. As far as he knew, if Scout didn't react to it too, it couldn't really be happening? Could it?

"Just a short one", Harvey mumbled as Scout pulled her master down the stairs and outside, into the street.

[ooc: Harvey is seeing all the future tragedies of his life, including the crimes he commits as two face. He's pretty much on the verge of permanently losing his mind, and he can be violent. Approach with caution. Anyone from the clinic or who knows what's going on with him, feel free to send him back to his room or something. He shouldn't be outside at all.]
