Juliet had found out she was getting a roommate earlier in the day which didn't bother her, but after living alone for most of her life, it was going to take some getting used to. She'd been out for a run and come back in as she pulled her earbuds out of her ears. Grabbing a bottle of water, she headed to the bathroom to start a shower when there was someone else in the room.
"Oh, you must be my roommate," she said as she let out a little breath. "I'm Juliet. I'd shake your hand but I'm a little sweaty."
It was embarrassing to be caught here like this. To need to ask anyone these questions. Marian smiled stiffly at the girl, wondering if all women here wore so little clothing. "I am Marian," she looked back to the sleek whiteness of the room, frowning, "I am having some troubles."
Juliet looked around the room, not understanding exactly what she meant. "It's nice to meet you Marian. And you're having troubles with the bathroom? What's wrong?"
Very embarrassing. So far as to be mortifying, in fact. "We had no such things where I am from," she sqared her shoulders, challenging the woman, to mock her or smile, "That is obviously meant to be a garderobe, but it has no drainage."
