To those who did not know him well, Bob might appear rigidly polite and reserved. More often than not, he was mistaken as being coldly aloof. It was an affectation he tended to encourage. He had learned through painful experience that it paid to keep his true emotions close to his impeccably tailored vest.
Those few that did know him would have recognized the concern and, yes, sorrow beneath the ghost's frigid facade. Shasta and Bree most notably, for it was they who brought Bob the sad news that Richard Riddick had vanished from Haurvatat. Whether that departure was for a short period of time or forever, the horse and his boy could not say, but they were clearly as upset and saddened by the news as their spectral friend.
Bob did not doubt their word; far from it. Still, he could not resist the urge to see for himself.
Ghosting through the library wall, materializing on the aisle of books dedicated (appropriately) to mysteries, he quietly began to search the premises for the burly library who also happened to be one of his closest friends.
[ooc: Bob won't find Richard but feel free to bump into (or through) him during his search. Shasta & Bree mentioned with the mun's permission.]
