Oh, lovely, glorious music, music he wanted so much to join in on but he just stood very still, listened very hard.
Finally he couldn't help it, and he had finished a song and broke out into applause.

As for Georg, well, he was never taught strings, which was a pity because he loved the violin. And the viola! And, oh yes, the cello.
But Georg was a pianist (and a vocalist, really...) through and through.

I come close enough to see and be seen, to be hailed if the musician so desires, but not enough to bother him. Likely I look odd in the combination of modern clothing and cloak from home, but no more so than usual.
I miss music, songs from home. These make me smile even not coming from Middle-earth.

Not that we dance much.
"My world is rather more old-fashioned than the village and the music here is mostly not to my liking. Not to say it is bad, but it is very different."
