For Christmas, Polgara had promised Felicia and Calum that she would take the boys for a weekend so they could have a little . . . vacation. And now that they were taking her up on it, she had been talked (without much resistance on her part) into taking both boys to the hockey rink. Colin and Benji were racing, checking, puckhandling, and Aldur knew what else while she curled up in the bleachers with a shawl around her shoulders, watching with absolutely no idea what was going on, her ever-continuing mending in her lap.
