The holidays had come and gone, an interesting experience truly. He'd gotten into the spirit and gotten a gift for his cousin, a wheatfish that the other man could take home to his son. Andrej may not understand the importance of it but Stanoczk knew, knew it would mean something eventually

"Morning," Stildyne said cheerfully, stepping in with a cup of bean tea and a smuggish look on his ruined face. "It's cold out there."

"A true statement," he began to rise a smile on his face. "Warm slippers perhaps? I could warm your drinkable if it needs."

[stildyne]

"No thank you. You've got to tell me when you want your Christmas gift. Today, or sometime very soon." Stildyne raised his single brow. "Of course, I ought tell you what it is..."

"You should," he agreed. "But if you wish it to remain secret that is fine as well. And I am at your disposal whenever you wish to present me with it whatever it is."

Gabrielle had been curious about the Ribbon since she'd seen it and 'chatted' with the owner on the communications devices the village gave them. When she saw the open sign, she stepped inside, "Hello?"

"Good greeting," Stanoczk was as usual a smiling welcoming presence.

Gabrielle smiled in greeting. "Hi. I'm Gabrielle. One of the services that you have is a..." she paused as she remembered the 'modern' word. "sauna?"

"Of course, sauna, massage, meditation or company. Whatever is required."

I hadn't planned on going anywhere specific, I just did not wish to sit in my room any longer. I also did not wish to talk to anyone, not really. Perhaps that does not extend to professional sorts of discussions--and I still have a lot of vodka left from the last time I spoke with Stanoczk. I was hoping not to drink anything through this because I can't keep myself drunk the entire time and it wouldn't help anyway--I'd just feel worse after.

I can perhaps talk a little while.

"Hello, Stanoczk." Beyond that I have nothing to say, yet.

"Good gretting Faramir." He looked up from his book with a smile. "Welcome." He didn't always invite people in, in such a way but Faramir always seemed so reticent to impose that it felt right.

"A drink perhaps to ward off the chill?"

"I would appreciate that, thank you." It is more the kindness, or politeness, that I appreciate. The Elven cloak keeps me warmer than my own did.

"How do you fare in this new year?" It's odd to ask because it's not really a new year at home, as far as we know.

"I am well," he moved to fix Faramir a hot drink, the way he knew from experience the man liked it. "I am unaccustomed to the calendar used in the village, I'm afraid it was somewhat of a surprise to me to find a new year begun." He offered Faramir the steaming flask.

John stepped into the Wellness Center, well-suited and looking polished and peaceful.

"Good afternoon, Stanoczk. Do you have an open hour?"

"Always for you." He smiled and rose to his feet to greet the other man. "Can I offer you a cup of something warm?"

[gentleman_tiger]

"A small cup of tea, please. And... could we possibly move somewhere slightly more private? Just somewhere that I could hear someone else coming inside."

"My office?" He poured the tea, offered it to the other man. "Unless you are in the mood for a sauna or a massage."
