"Hello," I greet him before I am too close and bow before continuing. "Welcome to the village of Haurvatat."
That said, I do not know how to continue.
"My name is Faramir--Faramir of Gondor. Have you been here before or would you like some assistance?" It almost seems like he has been here before but I cannot be sure.

It had been a long time.
"It has been a very long time, but I have been here before. The old lady and I are friends, you might say, from when I was young, oh so young. And very foolish."
He smiled and swept a bow.
"I am Merlin and it is my very good pleasure to meet you, good sir."

"Please excuse me, I do not know who 'the old lady' might be." I know no one here who is an old lady, even if they have lived many years.
"Merlin?" This does not seem like the man they speak of in the wizarding world. Perhaps he is. "I have heard your name though I am not from Earth myself."

His eyes twinkled with old humor.

Over the years, she'd rarely taken off the necklace with Wish's leaf and Merlin's ring, so they bounced against her chest as she loped over.
