Castiel was a little nervous about sex with a demon, if he was being honest with himself. The second person he had slept with had been out to kill him, so at least he had that and the times he slept with Anna as a sort of scale to base things off of. He and Anna had never had 'angry sex', and the reaper hadn't tried to kill him until the next morning, so therefore there was a large area full of possibilities that he'd never covered. Demons were often angry anyway, right? He and Meg had some pretty intense moments before already.

Well, he'd figure it all out. Cas was at The Firecracker at exactly 7, waiting for Meg.
