A Visit to the Library [open]
For the second time, Charlie found herself drawn to the library. She wasn't really surprised anymore. It wasn't as if there was much else to do besides read, walk, and visit clubs. The boredom alone was starting to drive her a little crazy, even without the worry over what the city might choose to do to her. If she had realized what exactly what was in store for her, she would have simply stayed at home.
Instead she wandered her way into the library, tilting her head back and staring at the stacks. She drifted forward to look at the individual books, eyeing the titles in case something leaped out. She was going to have to get quite familiar with them, though she didn't know it yet. The city had decided to give her a job, after all.
