..but my dear meh's getting a negative 22 with a blizzard like a g6 in Europe
Had a best friend's day out with Krys yesterday. We caught Easy A and despite having front row seats that ironically aren't as great as the thought out notion, t'wasn't that a pain in the neck. Literally. Anyway with Penn Badgley, Amanda Bynes & Lisa Kudrow in it - Awe to the some. I've finally tried Burger Bench Bar at Cine and the mushroom cheese burger Krys and I had was to die for. Kovan has this new dessert shop so we went to try it. I wish we didn't. I wish we walked past and went to Ice Edge for ice cream instead. High food intake yesterday and I can't quite move about much cos of an extreme muscle ache and killer blisters at the base of my feet so I (am a) feel like a blob moping around the house.
I really like walking along Orchard Road at night, especially at this time of the year with the lights and all. This year there were Tiffany & Co christmas trees - how pretty can they get! Oh since we're on the topic on lights and decorations, I came home to such a beautiful sight last night. Loved what they did with the trees. All I need is a boy with his guitar in that setting and I'd label that love right away. But of course, no esteemed director directs my life like last month's movie with a red carpet premiere. On the bright side, I ended my day watching Letters To Juliet. (and re-watching the last third cos I fell asleep halfway through, not because it was boring. Definitely not. I just fall asleep a lot when I'm watching shows on my bed.) I could predict the plot and outcome along the way but it's still a movie I'd recommend for sure.
Korkor's posts 'bout reading's getting me motivated to get a move on with my stack of books. On How Starbucks saved my life now and it's good so far. (Need to quit jumping around books and never ending one.)
