Threadhopping: I'm usually okay with this, just please ask first. (I don't really want an important action conversation interrupted without warning, for example.)
Fourthwalling: Um, please ask, though I imagine not many characters would know her canon yet.

Hugging this character: Yes, though ask first if you've done something like threaten her or attack her, as she'll probably not let you get that close. For others that she's not close to yet, she'll probably not really expect it and kind of be confused
Kissing this character: Yes, though same as above. (But even more confusing!)
Flirting with this character: This will confuse her too, but feel free!
Fighting with this character: Ask first - she has complex abilities that may make combat something we need to discuss first. Furthermore her abilities are spoilery, so keep that in mind.

Since Homura is kind of spoilery, I'm totally understanding of anyone who wants to totally opt out of CR for the time being until they get a chance to watch her canon (at least through the 10th episode).
