Sjofn finally got Her mask!
Which, of course, dictated me totally redoing Her altar.
There's the mask, obviously. Tied to it are two dragonfly necklaces. I can't quite put my finger on what it is about dragonflies that make me think so much about Sjofn, except that they've been a symbol of sex in my family ever since I was little and a mating pair of dragonflies landed on my arm and I asked my Dad about it and consequently learned about sex.
There's Her new statue, two little teapots (one is for putting in loose leaf tea, the other one is like a little jewelry box). There's a flower, an amethyst necklace, a teacup for offerings and a candle. Also a bracelet that looks like DNA that Kassandra got me so that we'd have matching DNA bracelets. That's there because Kassandra and I are soul mates, and Sjofn isn't only interested in romantic reliationships.
I love the way the altar and the mask now have a sort of celestial feel.
