X-mas Wishlist meme

Step One
- Make a post (public, friendslocked, filtered...whatever you're comfortable with) to your LJ. The post should contain your list of 10 holiday wishes. The wishes can be anything at all, from simple and fandom-related ("I'd love a Snape/Hermione icon that's just for me") to medium ("I wish for _____ on DVD") to really big ("All I want for Christmas is a new car/computer/house/TV.") The important thing is, make sure these wishes are things you really, truly want.
- If you wish for real life things (not fics or icons), make sure you include some sort of contact info in your post, whether it's your address or just your email address where Santa (or one of his elves) could get in touch with you.
- Also, make sure you post some version of these guidelines in your LJ, or link to this post (it'll be public) so that the holiday joy will spread.
Step Two
- Surf around your friendslist (or friendsfriends, or just random journals) to see who has posted their list. And now here's the important part:
- If you see a wish you can grant, and it's in your heart to do so, make someone's wish come true. Sometimes someone's trash is another's treasure, and if you have a leather jacket you don't want or a gift certificate you won't use--or even know where you could get someone's dream purebred Basset Hound for free--do it.
You needn't spend money on these wishes unless you want to. The point isn't to put people out, it's to provide everyone a chance to be someone else's holiday elf--to spread the joy. Gifts can be made anonymously or not--it's your call.
There are no rules with this project, no guarantees, and no strings attached. Just...wish, and it might come true. Give, and you might receive. And you'll have the joy of knowing you made someone's holiday special.
My Grown-up Christmas List:
1. Some Concert Band .mp3s--any music, just as long as it's Concert Band (no strings, eh?).
2. The sheet music for "Her Voice" from The Little Mermaid's Broadway demo. MegaUploaded here for a listen. I have tried to transcribe it but run into issues with the piano score. It's too complex for me to figure out. It starts in A minor, switches to C Major, modulates to E-flat minor, and ends up in C minor. I have the voice line written out already. If you want to take this up, let me know in a comment with your email and I will send you the .sib file that has the vocal line.
3. A Harry Potter Icon that features SS/HG-friendship.
4. My Visa bill wiped clean (it's at $900). I pay off the interest each month and it's getting frustrating.
5. The Heritage MS Band Position. I interviewed on Nov. 15th and am starting to worry.
6. A Fraggle Rock LJ Layout that features Cantus, the travelling minstrel. Jim Henson performed him--and he was my favorite Fraggle, even if he only appeared once in the series.
7. A set of mechanical pencils. I'm out.
8. A flute student at my Powell Studio.
9. Men's Broadway Solo sheet music. Baritone, Tenor, Bass, anything. I'm also looking for beginning Italian music for baritone. Even a little listing of appropriate music for Italian would be helpful.
10. A SG Atlantis Music Video of Sheppard and Weir (friendship is fine) to this song (MegaUploaded) featuring Lara Fabian and Josh Groban.
I'm perusing wishlists everywhere to see what I can do for people, too. I don't expect any of these things on my list to happen, but I wanted to let people know what I would like to have if possible. Even the little things in life like LJ Layouts and Icons can be meaningful somehow. God Bless.
