Old Poem

Wrote this in 2007 when I was just a dumb teenager who writes a lot. Five years later, a dumb young adult who writes a lot. Times flies eh?
Anyway, enjoy the possibly most hipster thing I've ever wrote.
Boring Poem Written on A Boring Day

O what a boring day,

Raining like the fifth of May.

I can smelt the wet air,

In Mary Lane’s blonde hair.

Grumpy like a hungry bear,

Wishing the day’s end is near.

O what a boring day,

As my spirit began to decay.

I was standing in the hall,

Abandoned from the happy ball.

Deeply dull and dreadfully desperate,

Wishing my soul can hold and not separate.

O what a boring day,

For excitement anything I can pay.

Just catch a quick short glimpse

Is enough for me not to collapse.

Blow the blank, break the block,

Comes a new day with a ticking clock.
