America Anonymous by Benoit Denizet-Lewis - For the last couple of years, I have been fascinated with stories about addiction. I mostly blame A&E's "Intervention." In this book, the author interviews people who are, for the most part, in the early stages of treatment/recovery for their addictions, and each ends up with various degrees of success. If I had a complaint about this book, it would be the jumping around from person to person, chapter by chapter. While this keeps the reader from spending too much time with any one person, I found myself having to constantly flip back to the first couple of pages (where each person and addiction was listed) to remind myself who was addicted with what. I recommend this to - people who like the reality shows on A&E.
