I'm Done.
So, I guess...this is it, huh? Was a a lot shorter than I expected. Thought I'd be here a few years, y'know? Doctors say I'll still be under a watch back home, if only for a little while. They've given me pills to take home and a prescription to go with it, just in case I ever need more.
It's weird. I didn't think...I'd ever get out. Guess that proves wrong, wouldn't it? It's sad, really. I met a lot of people here. Friends. Lovers. Almost so close a husband. All of whom I made family. You guys were basically the closest thing I got to one in a long time. =]
Look me up when you get out, yeah? Head for California. Head for the Strip. I'll meet you there.
And maybe then we can pick up from where we last left off.
