hello, my friends.
hmm. i haven't updated in almost a week. did you miss me?
after babysitting [which sucked] with cole and sleeping over my aunt's on saturday, cole and i went to our cousin's hockey game with our other aunt at skylands. afterwards we came home, ate, went to target, and i was pretty worthless all day while i should have been doing my history term paper.
practice was cancelled on monday because of the snow and potential road conditions. i was actually looking forward to practice, but in the end it worked out for the best because i got 5½ pages of my term paper done :D.
umm. on tuesday i had FBLA after school and then practice.
no practice wednesday, but we had a jacket meeting and then a pasta party. i finished my term paper too :D:D.
ummm. meet against pope john on thursday. yeahhh. we did terribly, 48-112. ah well. i was only in the 400 free relay so i was a little pissed, but whatever.
today i decided to skip madrigal, even though friday is always the best, and go to practice. i'm happy with my decision - practice was really hard but i did really well. i ended up doing a 3500, 140 laps, at the least... eee! i was doing so well and i was lapping the other people in my lane [except stafford, who went first] and i felt awesome. yayyy.
tomorrow practice again, hopefully mall with amanda, then madrigal at night. i hope they did well; recorders don't matter nearly as much as everything else but it's still so stressful. rarrr, haha.
i'm so glad my term paper is due monday and that madrigal is this weekend; i need these burdens off my shoulders so i can start focusing on other things. i'm going for my license on the 27th, FBLA regionals are coming up, and i know there are other things that i'm forgetting about. oh yeah, christmas? i have to start my shopping. sigh. i do love december though, regardless of all this stress. it would be nice if we had a real break so i could relax a little. i need a day off.
