Breathing
Pretty basic you would have thought but my sympathy goes out to my many friends with asthma who might be having a few problems at the moment.
A&E is so full of asthmatics that we have run out of stuff to treat them and currently have our pharmacists running arround getting more.
Its the smog apparently, combined with the heat, pollen and humidity.
(Anyawy it obviously sucks so hope everyone is ok)
I hope the air clears soon so that everyone can breathe more easily
