My name is Sravya and you know what i got? wat do you got? i got a city that's hotter than hot! how hot is hot? Great girls and Great cheers too! uh-huh uh-huh now let's see what Sara can do!!!

Well im back from Girls' State. from Farmville, VA. from the middle of nowhere. from a week without sleep, free time and BOYS!

First couple of days seemed like they were going forever! No time to sleep and no free time, we were all waiting to get out! But as the week progressed, we all really got to know each other and have some fun. Especially the last night when Sara, me, Rachel and Jessica told our counselors we were going to the Store but ended up running through the fountains at 11:00 at night. Sara and I went back with another group of girls at 11:30 lol.

And those late night talks and Talla and I teaching the girls Indian dancing and Belly dancing. That was fun. My roomates Katie and Rachel were awesome! Katie, with her southern accent always giggled uncomfortably everytime Rachel cursed. And well every sentence Rachel had uttered was with curses. So that was interesting. A few of us even formed the Bitch Club! lol :p

Our city's name was Randolph. We decided to be "randolph's rudolph" and decorated our whole city with christmas decorations! We even started Secret Santa presents and all.

Sometimes it even felt like cheer camp with the amount of yelling and cheering we did for our city spirit. The patriotism and everythng was a little tooo much for me. But it was all ok and fun. 600 girls and no guys. Everytime we see a guy we start yelling and cheering "give me a B! give me a O! give me a Y! what does that spell? BOY!!!!!" it was kinda pathetic but that's what happens.

Appareantly it was worse over at Boys' State. When we wrote letters back and forth some of them wrote that "the lunch lady started to look like pamela anderson!". Brian kept calling to tell me how much of a hell it was in Boys' State aka Boot Camp.

We got to ask questions and hear all the candidates for Governor and Mark Warner himself. So that was exciting and fun. I got a picture with Mark Warner :D

I am going to miss the girls so much! and some of us are already considering to meet up to go to DC and all. It better happen. I really needed this trip. I got away from EVERYTHING. I am just so much more focused and chilled. There is always going to be that stress but i really am thankful and happy that i took this trip. :)

I'll put up pictures soon! I promise!!!

Smile Away
