ack!
egads, it's early. at least for me. i've been up for a half an hour now. and i leave for the INS interview in another half an hour. so, there is most definitely something that might screw this up. i was arrested (sort of) about five years ago at a hotel party where there were alcohol and drugs. this was back in my drug using days, long past. the case was eventually thrown out. now, here's where this might screw me. we have a "certified" copy of the dismissal, but not of the arrest, since it was but wasn't.
so, if anyone out there reads this in the next...oh...two hours (it being 6am now) please please please send helpful energy my way! thanks everyone and i'll update when i get back! :-)

okay, i'm back now. i was approved, but i'm not a citizen yet. i have to be sworn in down in miami, but they can't tell me when. because of katrina, everything is backed up. so they'll send me a letter for when i've got to go. *sigh* more missing class and another $300 to get here. this sucks.
