mehh, here's some poetry for you
He is perched by the window in aesthetic grace.
The radiant sun dances across the brilliant glow of his rosy cheeks,
And the brilliant yellow of his coat resembles those same rays that shine upon it.
His eyes are clear and dark and they shine and sparkle with his every move.
He sits, poised and relaxed yet alert to every sound and motion.
Suddenly he tilts his graceful head and opens his mouth.
He begins to sing.
The sound is enchanting and lovesick as he chirps out his harmonious confessions of fervor to a companion unknown.
I, the witness to his beauty, sigh in awe of the spell he has cast with his elegance.
He hears me, and becomes timid and unsure.
His singing fades as he seeks his hidden watcher.
I emerge from the foliage that had camouflaged my presence as he gazes down from his post.
As I emerge into the light, the sunbeams graze the golden luminosity of my own ensemble, as well as the blushing on my face.
And again he begins to sing, even more enticing than before as he cranes his body into the most amazing form to project the complete aesthetics of his being.
Enchanted, I approach him, at last resting myself nearby.
Again, he tilts his head, leaning to gently touch mine.
In the moment we are linked, and I understand…
He composes himself once more,
And as I glance in his direction, he nods, and we begin to sing
