"Is everybody blind?
Or do we just choose not to see?
They have always said that ignorance is bliss. And I mean, I guess it kind of is- that is, until it bites you in the ass.
I say this because, right now, pretty much every hapless fool in America has his or her eyes closed. Nobody's really in touch with the rest of the world- with reality.
Reality is, today Iran and Syria forged an alliance. Reality is, North Korea is bolstering their nuclear weapon stockpile. Reality is, Kim Jong Il is about to die and he's crazy. He wants his war- he wants a united communist Korea. He's about to die, so, with the skills of deductive reasoning, one would have to think that he's about to try.
Reality is, all signs point to it. North Korea is a country preparing for war. They're building up their nukes, pulling out of peace talks, and rallying their people behind their leader in the media and further propagating anti-American sentiments. They have contining and increasing-in-intensity naval clashes with the South. THEY HAVE NUKES. THEY SAY THAT IT'S TO PROTECT THEMSELVES AGAINST THE U.S. AND THE BUSH ADMINISTRATION.
Right now, you should be about shitting your pants. And I'm not making any of this up, either. Check my facts, look it up- it's all in the news. Whatever news you want, too- Fox, CNN, NBC. It's all there.
Reality is, the government knows all about what is about to happen and they're just not telling you. Really, I guess nobody wants to hear it, I know. But, I mean, aren't you going to be kicking yourself when you get drafted and realize, "Shit, I should have seen this coming. There's so much more I wish I would have done before now. I could die."
Reality is, the Bush administration is reported by numerous sources to be in preparation for an attack on Iran. Reality is, the Bush administration gave more money to the Selective Service this year. More specifically, the part of the Selective Service that trains people who would, in the event of a draft, run the draft.
I'm sure the Bush administration is working on plans for North Korea, too. You think they're not? I mean, they're idiots, but not that big of idiots. Shaz, man.
You know what else reality is?
Reality is, we're probably not going to attack North Korea- they're probably going to attack us. We could never get away with attacking North Korea- they're too big, our media and public would flip out over a "pre-emptive strike" on North Korea. Iran, Iraq- these shit countries do not scare the people (although Iran definitely should) and "pre-emptive strikes" are adored by our warhawk public.
Don't be surprised if North Korea nukes LA. They've got the capability. They could definitely at least nuke Japan.
Poor Japan, always getting nuked. Against us- they get nuked. For us- they get nuked. That really sucks.
Reality is, North Korea has the largest standing army in the world. We'd have to put troops on the ground. Reality is, China wouldn't really stand for that- us fucking with their sphere of influence. Reality is, China and North Korea would probably ally against us. Reality is, China has the second largest standing army in the world. Reality is, World War III.
We're talking death tolls in the hundreds of thousands, here. At least.
And think of the army we'd have to raise!
Yeah. I know. I am some crazy, doomsday prophet. Or I'm right.
God help us, if I am right.
So, okay- our allies will come to our rescue, right? We totally saved their asses in World War II.
Nope. They basically hate us. But that's another story for another time.
So, then- basically, it's us and Britain versus China, North Korea, and Iran (if they decide to join forces with the reds- which I mean hey, Italy, Germany, and Japan. none of those guys really had each other's interests in mind). And then you've got all the little afterthoughts- Taiwan, India and Pakistan, Iraq still, Afghanistan still.
Yikes.
This is gonna be one huge ass war.
Like, a world war!
So, yeah. I mean...
Don't say nobody warned you."
