today all i ate was 2 veg chicken nugs. i totally feel like im giong to puke.

things are crap.

but Laura and her man friend vince and laura slaughtery and chris C came over along wihtthis crazyyyy garret kid.. and they made me smile and feel better.

i feel better for now.
