Guess who remembered Jake's birthday even though sometimes he forgets his existence. Alex enters the kitchen with a package. In the package, is a scarf he made all on his own. Well, with the help of Lancaster.

He chuckles, he really shouldn't have anymore sweets. He already had some chocolate cake, cookies, and brownies today. But Penn is a fatty, so he'll accept it.

Haha, well, pretty good! No complaints, really. [ A pause as he looks over at the oven timer. Only a few minutes left. ] And, ah, how have you been lately?

And that's always great to here that my neighbors are doing well. At least most of them anyways, certain ones Liam I don't bother to care for.
Rubbing his forearm, he chuckles.

Alright, glad that I'm here to see another day; and everyone is doing well, including the baby. So yeah, no worries, none at all.

Not just me but she's liam's and Haws' kid too. Maddie is a cool kid, HQ just kind gave her to use about two weeks ago.

Ah, so it's another one of those things that HQ does... So, how are you enjoying being a parent?

Yeah, just another one of it's tricks. But I'm really enjoying it; it's weird though...I mean Maddie having three parents. However, the whole experience is just very...different but in a good way.

Well, that's good, then. It seems like HQ did a good thing, huh?

I guess so, me and Liam argue less and less. But I think that's because it isn't good to do that type of stuff in front of a kid.

That's true... growing up in an unstable environment isn't very good for kids. Ah, that's probably why Nate ended up so...

Haha, I don't know, I probably would've liked having a kid around... as long as I didn't get paired with Griffin or somebody like that...
