I have recently discovered that I am a spontaneous person. This is a little surprising since looking back on things, I should have noticed it a lot sooner. I can't even take credit for noticing it because the one who pointed it out wasn't me but Kat. I tried to deny it, but past evidence spoke out against me. Oh well.
The thing I want to share with you today though is a result of a spontaneous decision of mine: I have made an official blog for heartofShou. Seems kind of funny since I do have LiveJournal and have no intention of leaving this site. (I love it too much. <3) However, this journal is rather... hmm... random, I guess? Mine own fault and not necessarily a bad thing. I do want to post up some more drabbles and whatnot here and hopefully will do so more frequently. *crosses fingers* So why a new blog and why not here? Two separate questions really so I'll give two answers.
Why not here?
This was my first choice. I thought about deleting my previous entries and just starting from scratch. However, I like some of the previous ones and I did want to keep this space available for that kind of quick jotting. It's healthy and I like doing it. So using this journal wouldn't work. I also thought of creating another journal, but to do that I would have to pick another user name. I didn't want to do that. The whole point was to have it be titled "heart of Shou". So a new website- that I was familliar with because it's mandatory to create a blog there as part of a class- was chosen.
Why a new blog?
I wanted a localized place where I could share all the fanworks I make: videos, fanfics, etc. Everything regarding those areas will be updated onto that blog so people can keep track of when new chapters and new videos are posted at the same time. That way if someone likes my videos I can also promote my fanfics to them and vice versa. Like I said before, I still plan on uploading stuff here. (All my communites are here! D:) LJ will also be the only place I may upload rough drafts- like I did with the Detective Conan drabble. The other blog will only host finished works. Thought that was kind of nice. ^_^
So, I don't know if anyone actually reads this, but I know a few people have managed to find me on here. If so, can you at least check it out? If only for a second? Advice is heartily welcome. I'm well-aware that I am a feedback-holic and am not ashamed of it. (Well, maybe a little.) Anyway, that's all for now and I hope to have more stuff here soon.
New Blog!
