Sounds like we're on our own.
I'm gonna try to find some sort of protection for us. By the looks of it, we can't trust DATS to protect us when we need it.
I know I've offered the New Guardians' aid to them when the time comes, but... I'm starting to reconsider that bit. Especially if it means leaving home unprotected.

This is a REAL big

Precisely, what, is DATS supposed to do this deep into the city? If Ravemon, and thus his entire military force is your enemy...
By all accounts, this one would not yet think they have the military force to combat that. Coming in HERE, NOW, would be a poor choice of action for any military commander.
By all indications, all this one sees is them telling you to leave. If you do not listen to that advice, no military force has responsibility to protect those who will not listen to them.
This one has seen much war. Much bloodshed. Seeing that avoided would certainly be preferable.

But, as Terra's pointed out - this is our home. This is all that's left of Team W.I.T.C.H.'s legacy! DATS wasn't here the last five or so times to help protect it - it was us! What makes a difference now?
If it comes to it, we'll run. But as it stands?
I, Princess Sasami Masaki Jurai-Lin, am not leaving my home.

DATS appeared in all those instances, in some capacity or another, to defend this city.
This city, in and of itself, is larger than just your home, and the world larger still.
You can do as you wish, but you cannot post the blame upon others for not doing anything.

The invading forces were smaller than Ravemon's army, but still large enough to put up a fight against them. DATS, while smaller STILL, could lend a hand and be enough to turn the tide in that direction.
Even a country with questionable intent is hard pressed to shun another force lending a hand to defend its people.
Attacking Ravemon's army outright, on the other hand... is another matter entirely.

Tetha is, virtually, left untouched in all cases regarding Ravemon. It's a touchy subject. I know that. But when we're told to step back and let them handle it, when so far every issue regarding Ravemon has been left to let develop, I can't trust them.
I can't trust that they will help against Ravemon when it seems they've abandoned Tetha to its fate.
Does this seem to...make more sense?

I'm sorry. I'm sorry, but I just can't. Why now? Why now and not...before? They're telling us to leave and let them handle it, but I can't trust them to handle it. I just-- I know they've been trying to find information. I know. But when it comes to fighting-- I can't. I just-- I can't, okay? I can't trust them to follow through, and I can't keep arguing with them and keep my cool. I'm going crazy and--
...
Never mind. I just...I need some time to lay down.

Lord knows I haven't been in as many fights as I should...

I'll accept their help if they give it, but right now...all it is is, "leave and let us handle it." I can't say yes to that. But then...when I try and say that, they say they can't be held responsible for what happens to us.
What am I supposed to think?

It's like that crummy Alamo thing. Ugh. That's a depressing story...

But why did the reinforcements not come? The story never gets very clear on that...
[sighs]
I'm not defending them, completely. I just dunnow what to think.

I'm not telling anyone to stay. Anyone who wants can get out like DATS tells them to. I'm tired of arguing about it, I'm just staying here. If they want to come and help or if they want to play diplomatically or...whatever, it's up to them.

You note that they have acted except when Ravemon is involved. By all accounts there is a power balance to be considered - This one does believe he read that TigerVespamon was once injured a couple years ago seriously. As he is the only Ultimate Digimon closely tied to them, that does not lend much towards combatting an Ultimate of Ravemon's likely strength.
As said; they have appeared to defend this city on numerous occasions, regardless.
You seem so certain they will not help when it is most important to do so.
But there is another side to that.
How can you be so certain they will not?
One of their Commanders noted there was not proof until recently. Is that true?

I'm tired of arguing. I know they're trying. But I can't put my faith in them because I don't trust them to deal with the situation. They're telling us...to let them do that. I can't put my faith in them, and I can't trust them. So in that case... I can't leave this city. I won't leave it when I'm not certain that anything will get done.
It's not that I'm certain they won't help. It's that I'm not certain that they will. What's to push them to do anything this time if they haven't before?

Attacking Ravemon thus far hasn't been a sound military decision. It goes well beyond this city. What's coming will not be... pleasant, and they look as if they are attempting to do what they can to lessen that inevitable collateral damage.
This one may not be able to sway your opinion.
But this one also thinks everyone should keep well in mind who the enemy is, and who their allies are, in the grand scheme of things.
