What is it about the statement "we're closing" that is confusing to people. I made 3 warning announcements that we were closing at midnight. One at 11:30, one at 11:45, and one at 11:55pm. I even played the song "Closing Time." And yet people were still surprised and rude when I asked them to leave at 12:10am....unbelieveable!! The drunk people who had consumed almost 2 pitchers apiece understood that they needed to leave...whatever. That's all the ranting for the night.
