OMG HGB ROTFL ;D
So last night, The Track Record, David Melillo, Hit the Lights, The Rocket Summer, and Hellogoodbye played at the Ottobar down in B-more. Absolutely AMAZING! We took Scott Stalnaker along with us because we oh so love him and we got there at like 3-ish. Doors opened at 4 and we were like the 6th group or so in line. It was absolutely FREEZING, but it was only an hour outside and it was worth it. The guys in the David Melillo Band came and gave us Hot Chocolate and it was the best hot chocolate I've had in my life! When the doors opened we first went down by the stage, but then the girl in front of us suggested that if we want to go up on the balcony we should do it then because no one was there. So we took her advice, THANK GOD. Our seats were above the stage, on stage. If you've never been there, it's kind of hard to explain, but we were SO close. All we had to do was talk in a regular speaking voice and hold a conversation with the band on stage, compared to people in the audience screaming their heads off. Yeah, awesome.

I only got only a couple pictures of The Track Record, and none of them are that good.
When we were leaving the concert, this guy(he's actually really hot, but you can't tell that much in this picture) was walking to his trailer packing up or something and Lauren goes "You're hot!" and started to walk away and he looked over and said something like "Yeah, I ALWAYS say someone is hott and then run away" and then Lauren was about to die of embarrassment and I was like "Uh-oh you've embarrassed her now!" and he was like "Oh, I didn't mean to do that. But hey, you're pretty cute too" and then he ran away. It was cute.
David Melillo was on after The Track Record. I don't know this guys name, but I just said "Hey! Smile" and this is what I got:

He's cuter in person.
Hit the Lights was next. Pretty good.
The Rocket Summer....OH MY GOD! I'm in love with Bryce Avary. And his wife was selling merch and she's beautifulllllll.

He was absolutely fantastic. So much fun and so energetic. He didn't play "I'm Doing Everything" which I SCREAMED when he asked for requests, but he did play "Show Me Everything You've Got". <3333333 He has the WEIRDEST speaking voice, but yeah.

Totally a bad picture of him, but I swear, all the boys in this band are absolutely adorable. Before the show started, Chris was just sitting at his drums and I was looking over near him and we made eye contact so I did a half-way smile (REALLY stupid looking) and he looked away and then looked back and smiled and then, wow I'm an idiot, made a big cheesy stupid smile like the very first picture on this page. Then he looked away hahaha
So Jesse has man boobs, he's not that hot, and he kind of has a lisp, but I LOVE HIM. Pretty much all my pictures are of him(well, i was also right next to him so that's a reason why too) and yeah, I love him.
In between songs, he saw I was going to take a picture and posed for me....and of COURSE my camera stops working and the flash didn't go off. Oh well.
He was looking at Lauren at this moment, and I think she almost passed out. haha i love tambourines<3

So for the last song, Touchdown Turnaround, everyone went WILD. Forrest put on a hotdog suit, their friends and stuff came out wearing random outfits and everyone was getting squirted with water guns.
At one point, one girl in the crowd got on stage, so then seriously, EVERYONE in the crowd thought it was cool to get on stage. So Jesse jumped up on the balcony and sat with us for a while .
Pretty damn sweet. :)

As EVERYONE was getting on stage, Chris was just chilling at his drums and I called him over and he was like "what?" and we were like "can we get a picture?"..."how?".."climb up"..."I can't do that"..."Jesse just did it a couple minutes ago"..."Jesse's CRAZY!...hang around a bit and we'll get one later" ...Never got my picture wth Chris :(
Went to go buy the Hellogoodbye DVD and David Melillo was sitting on the bar sooo...

So yeah, then we saw Bryce just standing near his merch table, so of course we got a picture. I'm in love with that guy.
So as we're walking out the door, Forrest was shoo-ing off girls saying "We'll take pictures later"..So we were like "Hey! picture PLEASE!" and he was like "Ok! but real quick" so I just snapped it myself and uhh
I cut Cait out :(
So then we went outside and talked to the rest of the David Melillo Band. Well, not really talked, just got more hot chocolate and a picture:
The cute guy was like "Hey post this on our myspace!" He's so cute. haha
So Then Forrest came out again and I gave Cait my marker and her and Lauren got their shirts signed by him, and I totally didn't. I wasn't regretting it then, but I am now damnit. :/
I have more than 150 pictures from last night, but these are the better ones.Yeah, one of the best concerts I've been to, by far. Small, intimate concerts with FUN people are absolutely amazing. Def. top 3 out of the 18 or so concerts I've been to. SO MUCH FUN.
