WEAKNESSES: Overly blunt, to the point he may hurt other people's feelings without really wanting to, kind of rushy, he has no patience at all. Overly emotive (but tries to hide it), easily scared, would believe everything (if it involves ghosts and curses). Contradicts himself way too often, and he does things without thinking much of the consequences. He can't lie.
Physically wise, while not being exactly weak (his strenght is almost only on his legs), he doesn't have much strenght and can't take much damage.

STRENGTHS: Very honest, he can't say a lie even when he wants to. He can be quite mature for his age if the situation calls for it. Very protective to those he cares for and with a high sense of justice; he got in trouble quite a lot of times while defending other people.
As he is very supportive and optimist, he can be a source of inspiration for others. He's also highly intuitive, when it doesn't involve ghosts.
Physically wise, Yuu is quite fast and agile, and sometimes it can be hard to get him.

PERSONALITY: Yuu may pass off as a cold boy at first, considering his general "I don't care" attitude, but that's very, very far from the truth. He's highly energic, sometimes a little bit too loud, and he's definitley not cold. He gets angry easily, but forget about it just as easily.
He's very honest, and blunt, and this lead him to troubles a few times. While he has no intention of hurting other people's feelings, he doesn't sugarcoat anything: if he thinks you did something horrible, he'll tell you did and exactly why he thinks so, with no exception. Unfortunatley for him he's a terrible liar.
Yuu can be somewhat random at times, it's not rare to see him doing unexpected things without a reason behind it at all.
He cares deeply for his family and friends, and while he value their opinions, he's not someone who would change to make someone else happy. On the other hand, he couldn't care less about what other thinks of him, his reputation and things like that.
He's a prideful person, but not to the point of getting blinded by it.
Although he's deathly afraid of ghosts, he actually enjoys reading or listeing to stories involving them or curses. Of course, whenever he heard about something new, he get excited at first but then can't sleep at night. As he strongly believes in ghost, he would most likely believe in any tale, no matter how ridiculous, involving one.
He enjoys reading and writing (but he doesn't let anyone read what he do) very much, though he doesn't have a burning passion for his studies (but he manages to do fairly well, unlike his older brother). He also likes sports, and is a decent atlethe.
Yuu actually doesn't like his brother's bandmates (especially Kazuki), but that's mostly because he's jealous (not like he'll ever admit that)
BACKGROUND: There isn't much to say about Yuu's past, really. The second son of the Yamaguchi family, he was the first to be spoiled by Keita.
When his father died (it was an heart attack), he was actually with him. Because of that, he was without a doubt the one who got more shocked by his death, and it took him a good while to recover. For a lot of time, he tought it was his fault for not calling the ambulance soon enough (this is also the reason he's so afraid of ghost: he really thinks his father is hunting him).
Fortunately enough for him, he found peace in reading, as he could easily stop thinking about whatever painful thing was on his mind while doing so. Obviously enough, he developed his reading hobby like that, and he chose to start writing his own stuff in hopes his stories could someday help other people (too bad he's not confident enough in his skills).
Since his older brother start working, he took on himself the role of the man of the house, and try to take care as best as he can of his other brothers and mother. Unfortunatley, he kind of fails as he's horrible at cooking, cleaning and things like that.
He begun to experience the dark hour around november, though he wasn't exactly aware of that (and thought they were just dream), and recieved a letter from SEES shortly afterwards. Of course, he just ignored it.
It wasn't until after the new year's concert that he finally understood the Dark Hour was very much real: hearing about what happened to Kazuki in the short span of a second, he instantly thought about the "dreams" he've been having.
When his brother transferred to Iwatodai while following Kazuki, he remembered the SEES invitation and finally thought about going to ask some question, while pretending to pay a visit to his brother for a short while.
