A beggining like most essay's

I recently recognized the fact that the crappiest, dumbest, most non-creative movies are always the high sellers or most anticipated. Like American Wedding, Euro-Trip, and those others. Now Lord of the rings was good, Big Fish was really great too, but it seems most movies that are popular are always the dumbest. Is this because people enjoy this? Or is it because everyone is too dumb to try something besides the "most popular movie of the year"? Or could it be that people are too dumb to appreciate movies that are actually meaningful and impacting...or am I the only one who sees this? Does everyone besides me just go along with it.Am I the only one who would pick, lets say, a good slow-paced drama that is mostly about the characters themselves, not the plot, over a movie with lots and lots of sex and "humorous" scenes of their girlfriends catching them. In reality, there are a lot of good movies coming out, but it just seems like so many of them are just dumb and shouldn't have made it further than an idea.
Another thing thats been pissing me off about movies, is how people will blame violence lets say their child does on movie violence. This is complete BULL SHIT. I have seen much more violence in movies than most of those kids who commit some kind of act of violence in a week, than those little bastards will see in their whole lives. I haven't and am not going to go out and do something violent because some actor on a screen does it. Violence can be A: Humorous B:Exciting or C: really emotionally movable...does anyone see a IMITATABLE in there, no, and if you're that fucking retarted to go out and beat someone up because someone in a movie does it, you're dumb and deserve be kicked in the face, every ten min. for the rest of your stupid stupid life. These parents who say this are just too prideful to realise that "Hey, maybe we fucked up" or the fact that the kid could have done that on his own retarted choice. People are just retarted, thats all there is to it.
