there's nothing like the heavenly sound of...

my little brother screaming at the top of his lungs. hahaha. i've had some thoughts about making my journal friends only. the people on my friends list are the only ones who reply anyways. hrrmmm. must ponder on that thought some more.

okay, talking about yesterday...
i went to the nwsc festival, and i saw ASHLY! woot. haven't seen her in forever, even though she lives in the next town over. ahaha, i'm a loser. but anyways, i've forgotten most of the day already. saw a lot of people who i haven't seen since 8th grade. well, the day started off when i woke up at 5 am. surprisingly, i wasn't tired at all. but that sort of wore off throughout the day. our bus leaves late, and the snow is just AWFUL. we probably would've gotten a snow day, except i live in a stubborn school district that rarely calls a snow day. the only reason why we had one last year is because the governor called a snow day. i think. something about the legislature. but back to the real subject, we got to osseo high school late, and then me and hannah rushed down to watch our choir. a couple of my guy friends are in it. they did really good, and then after that, we watched a couple of other groups too. we had to rehearse at 12:30, but our orchestra teacher was at her dad's surgery. i feel so bad for her, she's gone through so much. around christmas, she lost her mom. things have just been awful for her. but our performance was great. today, my teacher told the class that so many other directors approached her and told her that our group did a fantastic job. and the anoka director told her that we were the best group he's heard since our school's opened. NUH-UH! no way! i didn't think we did that great of a job... but apparently so. after the whole festival, i got a ride home from these people in my orchestra. he really knows how to drive. i mean, swerving all over the road. then his girlfriend says, "and this is how he normally drives." odd. anyways, i've gotta go. because my mom doesn't like me staying on too long doing 'nothing'. later kidz <3
