I'm Finally There.
The outside air clings to your skin,
I soak it all in feeling the sunlight on my face,
I am still shut in,
Hiding beneath a sea of blankets,
You bring the outdoors to me,
And now I'm there.
One deep breathe,
That's all it took.
I hold you close,
Eyes closed,
Living through the scent you innocently brought in.
I open my eyes and live through the sight in front of me.
It can't get any better than this.
