I was wondering about the II and when I read the title today it finally clicked. A few weeks back Kristin reported that there will be an episode where Anna travels back in time to find Sam and Dean's parents and wants to kill Mary so she can never make the deal or something similar. Sam AND Dean (but that could change again) will travel with her too to keep her from it since, you know, that would kill themselves though it also would make everything undone. Amy Gumenick tweeted a while ago (after that spoiler was released):
Amy Gumenick tweteed that she was back on set (which, I don't know if that hit the news or not) and was back on SPN. WEE.
Well, that maybe made sense to all of you because you maybe heard the news already BUT I was away for 3 weeks and couldn't have heard :p
I'M EXCITED.
eta: I guess the "II" means the follow up to "In the Beginning"

About a source what Kristin (or maybe it was Ausiello? or someone else?) said I would be happy since I cannot remember where I read it so it's not 100% true probably. If you have a source, tell me.
eta2: Amy was still on set on the 30th so it COULD be that they're still filming 13 and not 14 and Jim is actually in 13 and not 14. Or both.

lol They're shooting that episode now I'd say if you see that Amy was on set last week and this is the following episode. Bobby will be in it since Jim is back in Vancouver and I guess it'll be airing around Valentines Day. I'm excited to see what that is about. THEY BETTER MAKE SOME JOKES!
