Does anyone remember The Secret World of Alex Mack? It was about this girl who developed superpowers after she was involved in a chemical spill. SHe could morph into this silvery liquid type thing. She could also zap people and objects with this electrical charge type thing and move stuff using telekinesis... I used to love that show as a kid....
