Interests question/suggestions
Looking at the interests of the comm, are there any 'general' ones that you can think of that would make us easier to find via the interests? I don't mean specific fandoms, I add those myself every now and then based on what people talk about. Help with this would be fantastic.
Another thing... this might sound pretty strange. But something I've noticed is that lots of people don't have their favourite books, movies, etc in their interests. I can't force you. Nor would I want to force you. It's just a suggestion, not a ModCommand. :P But, I've noticed that lots of people bemoan not having friends on LJ who love the same books and so on as they do. But... do you put them in your interests? That way people could find you. That's partly why I like to keep this comm's interests as updated as possible, so that if people are fiddling around with their OWN interests, put in one that's on the comm and click it, they find the comm. So, my challenge to you today is... go forth and add your 'fandoms' (in whatever sense of the word, enjoyment, writing for, obsession, dressing up every night :P) to your interests!

A way to talk about fandoms around LJ, and thinking positively about our friend's fandom interests. So if any of you wanted to pass it along, that'd be cool. (And you don't have to keep it as it is, I don't mind a bit of 'chinese whispers'.) And one other cool thing about it is, it's one of those ones that you can do every few months, with no problem!
