This may be long, cause well.... I'm bored....!
Well my first week here in Lansing has been interesting.. I finally got my room set, which i really like because it makes me feel like i'm home, not just staying in a hotel.. I'm slowly adjusting to living with my Aunt.. And which for various reasons is a little awkward, and if you know me, or my aunt, you'll know why... But anyways i'm starting to find my way around here, and being 4 hours away from the drama of the Sault, makes me happy! I haven't really met anyone yet. I was partners with a cute guy in my botany class, he was pretty nice also, but i'm not sure I can remember his name, so how far does that get me.. I met a couple pretty cool people while waiting inline for add/drops at the college yesterday but again i forgot names?? Tomarrow my aunt, me and my cousin Kellianne, are going over to some festival they are having at the school.. I might have to join some clubs or something to find some friends.. Anyways i'm sure once I get used to being down here things will be fine... I'm really hoping to get a job, so i can be down here more for good...
So i've had one class so far, which was botany, and lets just say if i don't pass that class i'm an idoit... Our big project is to gather a leaf collection.. The first day of class we had to go out on campus and idenify leaves, I felt so cool... In ways it was interesting, but in others it just wasn't.. Then next week during our lab, we get to go on a field trip so some park..
I'm in love with my internet, mostly because i can download things in like 40 seconds, but that also gets me in trouble because i end up with mad viruses... Last night I watched Kelly's concert that's on AOL live, and it was awesome, it was like i was there, and it was clear, and didn't pause every 5 seconds to re-load.... So ummmm nothing much else is new with me, just adjusting to life in Lansing. The other day my Uncle suggested i try taking the bus to school instead of hasseling with parking, and i was like ahh i'm from the Sault the CATA bus is a bit much for me, i'm not ready for public transportation yet..... So i'll continue to pay to park....
The other day i saw this video for Jessica Simpsons, new song off her new album, and the song was, Son of a Preacher Man, or whatever.. Like god, make your own songs.. Seriously first it's Take my Breath away, then it's Angels , then These boots are made for Walking... And people give artists from American Idol crap about singing other people's songs, well atleast it's on a show to win a competition not on there album as singles.. I'm starting to rate Jessica with Britney Spears, and thats i'll do anything for MONEY, and Fame............ Whatever though, I just won't be purchasing a copy of her CD, but i'm sure millions of others will, so why does anything i say matter?? Well it doesn't but i'm bored and rambling... Ok, i'll stop....
