Ugh!
I love the sound of rain, I love the smell of rain...I do not however, enjoy walking the dog in the rain. It poured my drive home while I thought about walking the dog and sure enough it was still pouring 30 minutes later when the dog and I went outside. The irony is, the dog also hates being walked in the rain. She was cutting into every 2 foot gap between cars under the carport to keep the rain off of herself. Which made it a long time before she ventured into the grass to actually do her business. I was soaked to the skin by the time we did a loop of the complex and checked the mail.
Oh well, I took a nice hot shower when I got inside after drying the dog off with a towel. C'est la vie.
Work was good today, an unusually high number of screwups, of the lowly 6 patients I saw today, 3 were 30 minutes late for thier appointments. What are the odds of that. I did do a ton of information gathering for fact sheets to provide to patients which was nice. Now off to watch some Medium and think about dinner while I wait the next 3 hours for S to get home.
