being active

  So I started motivating my self in working out starting with Wii Fit. Of course it's not like they were intense and I usually tried for 30mins on it. i did mostly the running and hoola hoop with some of the yoga activities.

I started Insanity on Monday. I did a kind of prelude to it on Sat.  Anyway, just on the Wiifit alone according to the Wiifit scale, I have gone down 2.7 pounds. 3 pounds is my short term goal and I should be finished it it this week.  It is very motivational, since I feel like I am seeing progress but my sister insists I use our digital home scale instead.

I have a suspicion our digital scale has been broken for some time now. My sister likes to think i am in denial and that the digital scale is just giving me numbers i don't like.

I guess from today onward i will try to check both on wiifit and normal scale to see the accuracy of the wiifit and I know to do it I have to do it at the same time everyday.

But I still don't like that scale. My solution or that is to buy a new one... What does everyone think about the wiifit scale vs the digital one?

Should I really buy a new digital scale? I mean I been feeling really good about my self and just good in general since I started being active.
