So,
this entry is also me. And I am back with more questions!
Since then I got down to my lowest weight of 137 lbs, and then I decided to up my weight training to even more resistance by doing a muscle works class (aerobics w/ weights). Since then, I've been holding steady at about 141, and while I've gained a bit of weight, I've noticed some muscle developing in my arms and that clothes that were once a little snug in areas, are fitting more comfortably. Is it possible this is muscle gain? I want to get to 130 lbs, so I guess eventually I'll get there but first I have to gain a bit of muscle? I'm totally confused about how muscle gain works in relation to losing lbs as well. Thanks :)
