I’ve been doing pretty good so far this week, though it is only halfway through Tuesday! Hahah!
I yesterday I ate 7 servings of fruits and veggies and other than an attack on the blondies, I was pretty healthy. Today I skipped my Healthy Choice steamer bowl and ate a Turkey on wheat sandwich left over from a meeting. She also gave me a single serving size bag of lays, which is pour half onto a napkin then threw away the other half. I did have an oatmeal raisin cookie and I am trying my best to not eat any more. They are calling me. Tonight Brett and I are having homemade roasted garlic soup, bread and salad and I will try to not OD on the bread!
I went to the class again last night and I felt pretty insecure. The majority of the people who go work together in the same department so I often feel like the randomly left out person. That and I seemed to be slower than everyone else when it came to completing the various tasks. Oh well, there are still people at a lower level than me, I just felt crappy that day. Of course, like the last two times, I pulled something halfway through class, causing me to limp through the last half. This time, I got a sharp pain in my inner thigh every time I did a squat or lunge. It hurt so bad I thought I did damage, but other than a bit of typical all over soreness, I am fine today. Phew. I even did 20 minutes on the elliptical over lunch without issue.
Tonight after work, I will complete my hour of cardio with 30 on the bike and 10-20 on the treadmill, depending on how much I want to go home. I will at least do an hour though.
