2 whole wheat pumpkin cookies (homemade)
1/2 c. nonfat cottage cheese
16 oz. oj
apple
cup of veg. lentil soup
pita
mixed greens salad
cup of veg. gumbo soup
mixed greens salad

exercise:

water: 26 oz.

notes: Logging food for a while. This will be a scary week, with holiday parties Thurs, Fri, and Sat. ugh. I'm going to try to work out Mon-Wed, and not drink unitil Thursday.

Last time I weighed it said 126, so I really have to start behaving.
