HEALTHY FOODS and SUPPLEMENTS - Often used for "COVID/vaccines", CFS, autism, radiation sickness, etc.* (Dosage levels are what I might use daily).

x Egg (whites)- Has at least 2 chemicals to fight "COVID"Spike/G.O., Has 2 eye nutrients.
x Pine / bark tea - Said to be useful.
- Kale, cashews, milk, pickle water? - Gen detox. I always replenish calcium, minerals.
x Tofu - Extra firm - fun food for replenishing calcium - no carbs!
x& Sea Salt - Helps lower body pH. Grains are irregular-shaped, sometimes has trace mins.
- Spinach - Nutrients, helps important nitric oxide do its job.
& Blueberries, resveritrol, etc. - Anti-oxidants.
x& Garlic powder, baking soda - Help fight bad gut biota, parasites, viruses, cancer.
* SUNFLOWER SEEDS - Good base diet, energy, filling, nutrients, salt gets brain BP up.
