Can't believe I haven't posted since early May!

Well I've been super busy, and save for last week I've been working out a lot and its really become part of my routine. I have to plan for rest days, and taking two days off seems super weird. The past week I just literally had no time, but still fit in a couple runs.  I wasn't eating all that healthy because an event I've been preparing for was this weekend.

I noticed a big difference in how I felt when I let my eating lag a bit... I ate more refined sugar and I woke up feeling hungover and swear its from all the sugar. Also, I feel bloated and my stomach doesn't feel as flat. This week, I want to try to reduce my intake of bread, sugar and dairy. And next week I'm going to try and cut out dairy all together and see how I feel. This is mostly because I feel like dairy upsets my stomach on runs.

Last night I went on a 4.3 mile run and felt pretty good.

In a couple weeks, I'll post another progress picture. I find keeping that in mind is really motivating. I feel like a couple weeks ago (before all the craziness of the festival and feeling bloated now) I could notice a difference in how my clothes fit.  My legs are definitely a a tad slimmer and more toned, and my arms are more toned. Now, I just need to loose that last 5-10 pounds!
