So last week was super busy with work, and it's while I didn't get too many gym workouts in, I've been enjoying the nice weather and doing active things outside. Food has been a bit all over the place though. I've been trying to focus more on cardio this week and next, and to keep running up.
*Every day- at least 20 min bike ride each way to work
Monday: AM spinning class
Tuesday: off
Wednesday: 3 mile run + CX works
Thursday: off
Friday: 1.5 mile run
Sat: 3 mile run (30 min) + lots and lots of biking around and walking (Jane's Walks!). Didn't stop from 11-5
Sat I also drank way too much beer, oops.
Sun: 2.5 hour bike ride of mixed terrain, some really big hills! Worked up a sweat.
This coming week workout wish list:
Monday: AM Spinning OR run
Tuesday: AM body pump, or circuit workout
Wednesday: Run, arms
Thursday: body pump
Friday: easy run
Sat: Spinning + arms
Sun: off or easy run
Other goals for the week:
-more water. more smoothies!
-more creative/filling meals!
-buy some protein bars and veggies that are easy to grab for snacks!
Can't really tell if I can see results! I'm just going to continue doing what I'm doing, trying to focus on cardio and less drinks- So hard now that patio season has hit! Shorts season has arrived and I want to feel confident in shorts again!
