Been really keeping on track, and I always get antsy too early to see results, so this is a reminder to stay patient Laura! Results come with consistency.
Monday:
1 hour spin class (at 6:45 am!)
-oatmeal & banana
-yogurt
-burrito bowl
-apple
Tuesday:
moderate. 25 min bike ride both ways to work, 45 min walk both ways to other work.
Active day, but had no time to actually fit a workout in
-dont really remember food this day
Wednesday:
2 mile run
bootcamp style workout
10 burpees, 10 squat jumps, 10 roll back jumps X3
10 tricep dips, 10 pushups X3
ab work
It was fun because I worked out with friends from work, but it was a lot slower because of them, and we just bonded over complaining a lot...
Trying really hard to stay on track, because Im visiting a friend this weekend for St.Patts and I know Im going to drink! BUT, we're going to hit the gym together, and Im going to try and eat as healthy as possible!
