ended up going to the gym because dinner with the boy didnt work out.

Of course I didn't regret it, but a nice relaxing night would have been good too. It was one of my favorite spinning instructors though!

had an apple before the gym, came home starving but knew it wouldn't take much for me to fill up after my workout, and had a big salad with cucumber, broccoli, carrots and goat cheese. I also cooked a fake chicken burger and cut it up threw it on top, had some local ontario blueberries for desert!
