Yesterday was my last day at work! Im sad about it, but at the same time Im excited to have so much more free time, and this will completely change how i work out- I dont have to stress about fitting it in and going at peak hours after 5.

sooo food yesterday..

-coffee
-pita with peanut butter and banana, flax seed and raisins
- two bakes samosas
-some candy at a meeting
-whole lot of pad sew with veggies and tofu
-split box of smarties with my boy
-another baked samosa
-granola bar
-wafer cookie.

WHOA, yeah- I just kept going, most likely because I was hung over for most of the day, that never helps.

Today thus far,

had some cereal and got to the gym and did a spinning class, then yoga. I LOVE saturday morning yoga, and I felt so strong this time since Ive been doing more strenth training!

-booster juice smoothie YUM
-salad with lots of chick peas/black beans and avacado
-handfull of almonds
