Raph is in a coma! Haha, how about that. Worry not, he will wake up at some point, but consider him on hiatus for a while. When he wakes up, he will be officially updated to post-canon, and after that I will never have to do this again so you can all put down your pitchforks please don't hurt me I have so much to live for. If there is anything cast members want me to avoid spoiling for when he wakes up, please let me know and I will fix it with magic.
