Therapy
On Friday June 20th I had my first appointment with this new therapist -- more about that later, but for now I will just say that she is AWESOME! I see her again on Tuesday.
I just had a shower. It was a relatively long one, about 15 minutes, but it was also the first one I've had since Thursday night, because I've been with Jesse all weekend, and I don't feel comfortable using the shower at his aunt's place. It was a really good weekend. Definitely some rough patches, but I'm feeling good right now, and going over the sandpaper is OK if it means I come out polished.
I'm having some pretty bad lower back pain right now -- not surprising as my chiropractor was unable to adjust my lower back on Friday. I'll have to try again, probably in a couple of weeks.
I am tired, and should be going to bed. I work 7 hours tomorrow.
